This was on the locker next to mine the other day at Planet Fitness.
I’ve never seen such a thing, and I’ve learned that the Master Lock brand calls theirs Letter Lock™, and it makes me wonder if there are other dial variations on combination locks.

A math teacher once told me these locks, not just this kind but all of them, should really be called permutation locks not combination locks. 🤷♀️

Combination: a joining or merging of different parts or qualities in which the component elements are individually distinct.
Permutation:: a way, especially one of several possible variations, in which a set or number of things can be ordered or arranged.
